Europe: 5-12 days

International: (outside europe): 10-28  business days

International orders may be subject to customs, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges may not include in the product privce or shipping cost.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs related charges.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Adress Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address with phone and email for French customs.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may incur reshipping fees.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has beeen shipped responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We are no responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

If your packages appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

 

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Packages refused or unclaimed by the customer will not be refunded.

Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.
